Zappos is the only place we could find these, this time of year. Usual size is 11.5. We found that the 11
fit better than the 12.

Love these for summer with the open back. Winter I prefer the Ascot for more warmth. A little on the snug size. I had to order a whole size up.

Couldn’t be happier. I bought these for my husband for Christmas and they were so cozy ended up with a pair for myself. We live in Sam Francisco and our house is not as insulated as colder climates…but our floors are freezing cold, so a good pair of slippers is heaven. We’ve tried so many, but these were perfect because they are made so well, are so soft and cozy, and are easy to slip on and off. We both got black and the color is classy. Highly recommend.

When this pair of scuffs arrived I discovered they were too small. So I went to the Zappos website to find out how to exchange them for a larger size. The only information I could find was how to return an item – nothing on exchanging. So I set up a Chat session (the first time that I have ever done that). The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She told me that if I would return the Scuffs within 10 days (or something like that) she would go ahead and put the new size larger scuffs in the mail immediately – which she did. When I got home from work the very next day, the new Scuffs were sitting on my back deck. Amazing! And true to my word, I put the too-small pair in the mail that day for an immediate return to Zappos. These are wonderful people to work with!

I got these as a Christmas present for my 17 year-old son, and they were a great success; in fact too successful. Though intended as slippers, they have become his footwear of choice whenever he can get away with it. He often wears them to school, to and from soccer practice, and when he goes out with his friends, weather permitting. The amazing thing is that they are holding up very well. The fleece has gotten a little dirty but the soles hardly show any wear at all. I’m very impressed and I think I’ll get a pair for my husband.

I returned another pair of slippers for these because the reviews were very high. Now that I have them, I’m not quite sure why. The sole feels like your stepping on a piece of cardboard. Zero cushion.
The fleece didn’t feel comfortable on my feet either. Like the shoe might have slipped off (no pun intended) if the sizing hadn’t been tight on my foot.
I’m going to be returning these soon and continue the hunt for a pair of soft, warm, and cushy slippers.

I order my 2nd pair of slippers since the 1st ones were very good and durable but needed to be replaced after wearing them for over 6 yrs. The new ones are about a month old and already have bald spots where the fur has worn off. I only wear my slippers at home after work in the evening and in the mornings while getting ready for work. I can’t imagine what they would look like if I wore them out on the street like some people do. Very disappointed at this purchase due to the poor quality of the product.

I order a pair every December. Perfect, they stay on your feet, can be worn on trips to mailbox or down the hall at a hotel. Style is respected. Wool inside holds up for a year. Outer stains but doesn’t fail. Bottom wears but not through. Strong Buy.
