I have had these slippers 11 weeks. The Ugg Coquette. I just wear them in the house. As far as size goes they run large. I usually take a nine shoe and I got theses in a seven. They are great for a wide foot. But after 11 weeks I would not recommend them for the amount I paid for them. The heel is stripped of fur, completely gone. But. up front under the toes I have fur bunched up. I think in a few weeks that will be gone also. I can still wear them and hope they will be wearable for a couple of years, but I do not think so. For the price they should last a couple of years. I can buy at least three decent pairs of slippers for that price. The first few weeks I loved them. It does not bother me that there is not any arch support, after all they are slippers.

I absolutely loved these slippers when I first received them last xmas. Now, there are multiple bald spots of fur on all the pressure points! and in my opinion, the fact that this happened is ridiculous for the money you pay. If UGG can simply get the fur to stick, I’d def recommend! Otherwise, I couldn’t recommend these to anyone.

I bought my first pair of Uggs over 15 years ago and was so disappointed. The side seam/sole literally split after a season. I decided to try again and bought these slippers. Well, after a year it did the same thing – I now have a hole in the side. Not as big a deal with slippers, but I won’t buy Uggs again. You can find other brands that have a similar look. Also, these are made in China, not Australia.

I got these last winter, and I loved them! However, they’ve stretched out a lot (even though I sized down a full size because they run big). Also, there are several areas on the inside where the wool has worn away, which probably adds to why they feel too big now. I am a huge fan of UGG products and UGG boots, but for the money, these slippers should still be in good condition just leading into their second winter of use.

I have never spent this much on slippers, but OMG these are so freaking worth it. I want Ugg to make me an entire sheepskin outfit. I want to wear these out. My feet are toasty and happy for the first time in my life. I got the burgundy colored ones so that I would NOT wear them out, but am still tempted, I love these so much. And I love the color. I am a 9 bought an 8, perfect. I love these.

I love these slippers. I wear a 7-1/2 shoe, I ordered the seven. Fit perfectly.

I love these house shoes! They are great. However, I have a real problem with the sole at the heel wearing out. UGGs needs to make a sole replacement for them like their boots. The pair I am using now did not last a year before the soft sheep lings wore through and is now threadbare at the heel. At this price, they should hold up longer than 7-8 months before becoming worn at the soles.

These run about 1 size bigger than you would normally wear. Zappos was awesome when I order my size but they came so big. I had no idea their customer service was so friendly and helpful! Thank you, Zappos!

Comfy, but after a year, my feet STILL turn black when worn barefoot, AND the inside didn’t last any longer than cheaper shearling slippers bought at a department store!

I love these slippers! They are so warm and comfortable – it’s like walking on a cloud! They do run large – I wear a 7.5 so I ordered the 7’s but they were too loose. Exchanged them for a 6 and they fit perfectly! The shearling began wearing off the heel of the right slipper within the first couple of months. It’s now completely gone from the right heel and is starting to wear off the heel of the left slipper. I emailed Zappos to inquire if Ugg’s offers a warranty. Zappos almost immediately emailed me back and sent me a brand new pair of Coquette slippers absolutely free (an entire 11 months after I purchased the first pair)! Zappos is amazing! My new slippers arrived the very next day! Zappos’ customer service is outstanding!

Previously had a pair of pink ones for 8 years wore them out finally. Love the lug sole so I can wear them outside. We live on a ranch. I bought them for my daughter and sister. They love them too

I was a little concerned about buying “one size smaller” as recommended. But they were right! They seemed a little tight at first, but after a day or two, they stretch out to form fit your feet. Now I wear them barefoot or with socks. Very soft, Very comfortable! Thanks for the correct advice!

I bought these Uggs two years ago and they held up well. I wore them daily and felt that I got my money’s worth. I replaced with the exact same style Uggs this year and almost immediately, the fur on the heel area on both shoes disappeared. Zappos replaced them for me and within weeks, the same problem occurred. Quite frankly, not having fur defeats the main purpose for buying Uggs to begin with. Zappos refuses to replace the second pair I received – so I am stuck with a defective product. In addition, I purchased two pairs of Uggs Coquette as gifts and the same thing happened to them. I spent a lot of money on quality not worthy of the price. I have purchased my last pair of Uggs. The quality does not reflect the price point! Save your money – buy a cheaper brand.

These are really comfortable slipper/shoes, but the inside wears out very quickly. I’ve had several pairs over the years and the sheepskin used to be durable, but now it wears out within a couple of months and you can see the soles. Not the same quality as they used to be and what a shame!

Super comfy! I usually wear a size 10 in ugg boots, but always have to buy these in a size 8. They stretch after awhile as well. LOVE.

Great slipper!! As suggested, I ordered a full size down and they fit perfectly. Sole not too thick, not too thin. Great construction, beautiful color and extremely comfortable.

I’ve been buying UGG’s Coquette style for longer than I can remember. Getting a fresh pair every 2 years used to be an almost spiritual experience. My feet felt like they were slipping into the softest cloud. I could not wait to put them on every morning and evening. These slippers feel in all seasons, keeping my toes warm in winter and allowing my skin to breathe in the summer. For Coquette newbies, be aware that there is a multi-day, breaking-in period when the slipper may initially feel a bit unstable. Eventually, the footbed molds to the feet and these slippers become the most comfortable shoes on earth. I appreciate that the lug soles are higher than on most indoor/outdoor slippers. If it’s raining out, I can still dash out to the curb to collect my mail. I’ll run out even if there’s an inch or two of fresh snow on the ground. And if it’s icy out, the soles have excellent grip. These slippers loosen up as the wool compresses, so I recommend ordering a full size down. I wear a 9/9.5 shoe, and the size 8 is perfect.
So why not a solid 5 stars across the board? The last 2 pairs I ordered were disappointing. The shearling felt scratchy right out of the box, and the wool under the heel completely wore away within 2 months (see attached photo), whereas, previously, the cushiony wool lasted the life of the slipper, albeit flattened but still there. This last pair in Grey wore out much faster than previous colors, bordering on unacceptable inside of a year. I soldiered on because these slippers are not cheap. Finally, my right toe poked a hole through the top, so I’m back to give Coquette one last try. If the shearling on either Amberlight or Sunset feels stiff and scratchy out of the box, I’ll go back to the Sand color, which I believe uses undyed wool.

Disappointed that I have been wearing these less than two months and the cushioning fur on the foot bed is all worn off 🙁

I am writing 3 months after purchase. Being a loyal Ugg AND Zappos customer I need to express my disappointment with my UGG Coquettes. They are so comfortable for me, taking note that you have to order a size smaller because they run large and the fact that I have plantar fasciitis , neuropathy and fibromyalgia, so the support is awesome and the UGGS are worth the price…EXCEPT my past 2 pair have resulted in the lining at the heels have literally worn down to the sole!!! It has only been maybe less than 3 months…UGGS are expensive and it is worth the price …not lately…I did order another pair yesterday…on sale so I won’t feel so guilty for continuing to purchase. Zappos, though has always been sensitive to any issues I have brought to their attention, which I am impressed and grateful for…not sure if I should continue to buy. Hopefully THIS pair will hold up…at LEAST for as long as the soles otherwise I have to rethink UGGS!
BB –
Zappos is fab as always…
Ugg should be ashamed… selling their products at the same price when they’ve clearly made a major change to the material of the inside lining. I’ve been wearing Ugg slippers for years. This is not at all the same interior. I received my slippers on 12/5/19. The photo below was taken on 12/12/19. The interior is wearing away after one week. I normally have Ugg slippers for 2 years. They are also not as warm. Ugg should be ashamed… this is not their usual product. The same is true for the the lining of their classic boots.

Fit and size OK. But other than that, these are not real UGG slippers anymore. I realize they’re made by the UGG company but they’ve cheapened this product to the point that when you put them on, you’ll know they’re not the real thing. They have a hard feel in the sole and the quality is much worsened. If companies like UGG think they can make more $$$ by cheapening their product, we customers will take note and not buy them next time.

I purchased a pair of these same slippers in a Marshall’s over 10 years ago and they are barely worn out, just started to get dirty, so I asked for a new pair for my birthday. Wow, has the quality gone down. The picture of the slippers is me wearing them less than a year and not during the summer!!! I’m so disappointed that something that costs over $100 won’t even last a year! Save your money and purchase a different brand

I have been wearing these slippers for close to 15 years. This year was the first time that the interior fur was about half the amount it normally is. Within a month the heal fur was gone. Very uncomfortable! Disappointed!
Janet –
I don’t know why I bought these again. They are my third pair and I wasn’t happy with the others after the first month. Shame on me.
Nothing has changed. These slippers are SO comfy and look good for the first month, but after that, they are a disaster. I wear mine moderately – after work til I go to bed at night. It’s not like I am running a marathon in them or anything. At the end of the first month, the fleece inside the heel is worn down. Now, almost 3 months in, there is NO fleece left in the heel, making them super uncomfortable (painful even) and a huge waste of money.
NEVER again.

I agree with what everyone is saying!
The 5-star reviews must be from people who just got the slippers and are in awe of how fluffy and comfy they are. Wait for 2 months until you leave a review for these.
I had 2 pairs of these before and loved them so much. So despite all the warning pictures, I decided to buy a new pair. Never again. 3 months later and $120 down the drain. They’re comfy at first but I can’t buy 4 pairs per year just to keep up with how fast the fluff wears off.
