I ordered three different pairs of Ugg sandals, in two different styles, hoping that one would work. I was very surprised at the material used for the sole. In all three pairs, the sole was extremely rigid and felt like Frankenstein shoes. Sorry Zappos.

UGG really needs to get this thing figured out, when dealing with true American shoe size metrics. I don’t understand their logic. In a lot of styles, there’s no half sizes. And then you can find yourself having to go a full size up or down, and still not be able to find the perfect fit.

Casual sandal with a color that pairs with anything you wear. I would have expected the back heal leather straps to be more snug fitted than they are, leather stretches and over time l believe the sandals my not have the proper fit.

I’m writing this review because they keep spamming me. I would rather wear these for six months before I decide. After three weeks, I will say they look great and seem well made and comfortable. They have a real arch, which is important to me in a sandal.
I’m a 9.5 and these are 9’s. The length is fine but the lateral straps are very snug and not adjustable, though they are easing up with time and will end up being fine.
So happy with my purchase but best to check in after more wear.

As the headline states, I wanted an expensive leather sandal with comfort.
I was sure to order Black (11) and Tan (10) to make sure fitting was right and he kept the Tan. I tried on the black and it was comfortable for me, so I knew it’d be good for him. Made Dad walk around in the Tan to ascertain comfort and style was to his liking– luckily it was!
