I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. The seams separated after five wearings. A definite disappointment.

I have had 3 pair sent to me since October. All of them came apart at the seams !!! This is the worst quality I have seen & at this price point I expected so much more. I am sending back pair three today.

On my winter vacation at Disney Springs ,in Orlando Florida , I purchased the black quilted performance gloves -Model:18825 I couldn’t get my right thumb in the section because it was ripped and had a hole ,then by the cuff was ripped
I am very disappointed because I have been buying boots , gloves,and hats at stores that carry Uggs
but this time I went into the store – I need a refund or a replacement .

Received these gloves as a birthday gift and was so excited to use them. They felt so warm I thought for sure winter would have nothing on them. Until the seams around the fingers began ripping after two wears. Quality needs improvement. Very disappointing gift.

I bought these gloves to keep my hands warm at carpool in the morning. They do not keep them warm one bit. I have medium hands, but bought the large/extra large, and they are super tight to put on. Also, you can’t text on your phone like they claim you can.
