Per the request of my daughter, I ordered these shoes. Days later they arrived and were too big. I then ordered two sizes smaller/requested a return for the too large size/and easily completed the return. Can’t say enough positives about my Zappos experience.

I love this slipper. I wear it every day now that it is cold. I am a women’s size 7 1/2 and the 5 fits perfectly. I ordered the 6 also just to see, but it was way to big for me. I will happily wear these shoes out and then buy some more! Zappos has great customer service also; I had a problem initially with the shoes and they resolved it immediately for me.

I actually got these for my self (adult) and it fits perfectly (I\’m a 5.5 in women and I got these in kids size 4. They are very comfortable and warm. I wear them in my house as well as outside.

I usually wear a size two in Uggs, so that’s what I ordered and the two was a bit tight. I kept them because I knew they would stretch and they did. I’d say if you like extra room, order one size bigger than you would.

Most comfortable shoes in the world! I love Ugg shoes. I usually am a 6.5 in women’s which equals a 5 in kids and they fit perfect. Saved some money. If your thinking about getting them, do so! They’re great 🙂

This is my 2nd pair of Dakota’s, do I have to say more. They are so comfy, during the winter season I wear them all the time, mostly in the house. However, with the rubber sole you can even wear them outdoors. My shoe size is 6; however, for these I am wearing a kids size 4. My Ugg boots are a (kids) size 5.

I ordered these in childs size 6 and I wear an 8 in woman’s. I ordered them Monday and got them Wednesday! They’re very comfortable and the fur keeps my feet really warm. I spayed the water repellent on them the night before and the first day I wore them to school it snowed 3 inches. My moccasins were pretty wet but I set them in my room to dry and once they did I brushed them. They looked perfect. I’m very happy with these moccasins.

I bought these for my mom for Christmas (children’s sizes are cheaper and look the same!) and she loves them. Even though they’re house shoes, the bottoms are reinforced enough to wear outside. I have them in the chestnut color and love them too!

When I first ordered my daughters UGG shoes I got a pair of Hunter mens boots instead. I was so upset. But when I phoned the customer service about the issue it was resolved right on the spot. Since this was my first order I was very impressed. The exchange arrived in less than two days to my delight since these were a Christmas gift. My daughter and I love our experience and the shoes. They are true to size unlike the Ugg boots which run a size larger. Go for it!

I love these shoes! I discovered I can wear a kids shoe saving me money too! I normally wear a 6 1/2 just follow the measuring guide when ordering. I think u can go up to an adult 8 when ordering in kids sizes. Think I’ll order another pair!

I ordered a size 4 in kids chestnut because I wear a size 4 in the classic boots but to my surprise they were very snug. I called Zappos and my new ones are on the way! These are very nice. A pretty color of chestnut. I bought these for my daughter who wears a size 7 1/2 women’s shoe and she was able to fit a size 6 girls. She likes them a lot and she says they feel warm and toasty. They are very comfortable. Zappos got them to us quickly in less than two days.

These are very soft and fluffy. Give them a few wears for the fur to mold around your foot. There is no arch support or shock absorbency so those with bad feet or back may not want to wear them if you need to do a lot of walking. They are good for wide feet, roomy. Thanks Zappos!
