Is just learning to walk. I think the shoe is meant for girls but my son doesn’t know how to slide his foot in a boot yet so this is a way to help his foot reach the bottom of the boot. I undo the button first. It’s quick and easy and gets us out the door in time. He’s comfortable and can walk with them Just fine so no complaints.

These are great shoes for toddlers. My daughter is 19 months, I ordered a size 8. The shoe fits good, with space & are easy to put on because of the side button. Wish they had more colors.
