I’m so bummed! I love UGG sandals and have worn them for years, but these are excessively wide around the ankle and due to the style of the strap, they can’t be tightened. I wish they would’ve worked out, but they were way too loose and I had to return them.

I really like these shoes. They exceeded my expectations. I have been known to trip or twist my ankle even just with small wedges, but I feel very secure in these shoes. I also dislike wearing high heels and the heel on these is a really good, manageable height that gives the leg enough of a lift while still being easy to walk in. The footbed is padded and very comfortable. They secure with velcro, which is also very discreet. I have not worn them outside of the house yet, but so far I am pleased. I don’t foresee any issues with them.

Very comfortable and true to size. The Navy color has a lot of yellow in it -didn’t go with navy clothing trying to match. Gave a point off for style as the top strap could be more streamlined.

My problem with the sandals is that it is not a navy color. It was a far mismatch from my navy dress- it is more of just a blue color but not a deep navy.
