“Wireless Bluetooth” doesn’t work, turns on and off but doesn’t show up or pair with any devices. So, just regular earmuffs, not worth the price. Returning.

I LOVE THEM!!! It was a bit confusing on how to turn them on and pair them. I had to watch a YouTube video lol. They fit perfectly, and the sound is amazing. Now I can keep listening to my music when I walk my dog at night and it’s cold. Definitely glad I bought them.

I wanted to love these so badly! I must say the sound is very clear, but they are so uncomfortable! After just minutes of wearing them my ears begin to ache. They are too tight, and it makes it impossible to wear them for more than a few minutes at a time. I’m so disappointed.

I ordered my second pair of Bluetooth Earmuffs from UGGS two weeks ago. I loved my first pair. I’ve had them for a few years. When trying to wear them they actually broke in half. I loved them so much that I ordered a new pair, even though they didn’t have my desired color (Black). I received my new pair today. The color was Metal. The box that they came in did not have a lid. Also, when trying to charge them the enclosed cable would not fit into the desired slot. I was able to use the cable from my first pair. Whoever sent these out to me did not respect quality control. An open box with no lid? Very poor customer control.

I bought the Bluetooth ear muffs in black as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves them but said the fur is a little itchy.

I purchased two of these in black as gifts. Upon arrival, I opened one of them and really liked the quality. The fur was really soft, so I ordered one in chestnut for myself. However, I noticed a huge difference in quality when opening the second. While the other earmuff had really soft fur, the second was really rough and had a chunk of fur missing. As a result, I returned it and gave the one with soft fur to a friend. I was informed that the quality would differ since they are artificially dyed. However, I don’t believe that explains why a chunk of fur would be missing. My chestnut one arrived with rough fur, but no fur was missing. The Bluetooth works fine, and the earmuffs keep my ears warm. It does its job, but I have yet to decide if I would be keeping these. I really wish it had arrived with the soft fur.

These are super cute and stylish, def help you keep your ears warm. However music quality is not too good, the volume is pretty low and the microphone is terrible. Can feel tight around your head after using them for a while. Looks great with every outfit tho!

I’ve only used it twice but it’s nice. Comfortable if you have small ears. There is a bit of hard plastic around the ear part though. The sound quality isn’t the best but it gets the job done.
