I live in NYC and it gets pretty cold here. I am not a down person, so this was a huge leap for me. I wanted the coat in silver, but it was out of stock so I got the blue. This coat is so warm, light and roomy. It’s like being wrapped in a comforter. This has become my go-to coat. I wore it in the rain and did not get wet. I’m not sure if it’s waterproof or repellent, but I was dry. The only con, which really isn’t a con may be keeping the hood on your head, may need to put a scarf around it. I get tons of compliments on this coat. I wish they had other colors in my size, I would definitely purchase it. Great quality and warmth for the price. Not heavy so you don’t feel weighed down. Good for layering, but definitely not necessary if its above 30 degrees.

i loveeeeeee this jacket. it’s like a big blanket that looks cute and keeps me warm. I had to size down, I ordered a medium and I looked like the michelin tire man, but the small fits perfectly. I am by no means a size 4-6 as the small states in the size chart, so I would ignore that and size down! I’m 5ft tall and 160lbs and small fit perfectly.

This is a coat for someone who likes to stand out in a crowd. I ordered this coat in silver and it is an “Eye Catcher”. If you’re confident and love to make a fashion statement, this coat is for you. I love the little details. On the back of the hood there’s an UGG logo. There are 2 features that I really love. The first one is the magnetic closure around the neck. The other is how the collar stands up past your hairline. This was a great feature because my neck doesn’t get cold. Yes it’s over sized, but it wears well if you know how to put it together.

This coat brings me back to being a little girl who wanted an “NK” “sleeping bag coat” but I was too thin and the coats were over 500.00 to 1200.00 dollars (which I did not have back then). I really love this style of coat, and the silver is the “only” option (it is everything), but I wish it had a zipper inside in addition to the snaps. The magnetic snaps close very well- also the pockets standard snaps close nicely as well. This coat is very lightweight and stylish so I intend to use the silver for dressy occasions or work events. Others stated it runs big, but these coats are supposed to be full with room to wear bulky items. That being said to me this coat fits like a normal “sleeping bag coat” and I would order your normal size and not size down. These coats are supposed to be oversized, plentiful, sweeping luxury- not tight or fitted in any manner. My style is lovely full oversized items, this coat can be belted for a more fitted look, but I love it just puffy! I got medium (fits perfect), I am 5’5″/ 160 and I could have worn the large with no issues. If you have wide hips you might choose your larger size limit so your snaps stay closed.

I get so many compliments on this coat! It’s so roomy but in a cool edgy way! It feels big but that’s part of the style! The high collar is amazing. It’s soft and super warm! Not stiff. I could of got the large but I bought the xl for super edgy look!

I read the reviews prior and purchased size S on recommendations as I usually go for size M for ‘oversized’ look. I’m pleased I ordered size S as this style jacket is def oversized already.

I really like the style of the coat but the outer material felt really fragile and cheap. The label inside the coat said it is a polyester fill and not down like the website lists. The incorrectly advertised fill is ultimately why I returned it. The style and fit was really nice though.

I purchased this coat I thought just in time because it sure iOS only 35 degrees BUT on the site it states it has down fill well mine is lighter than a feather but has none! the inside tag states polyester filling and it surely feels like it. BEWARE.

i just received my coat and checked the label for materials…there is NO Down fill in this coat, it’s 100% polyester. I purchased this coat because it said it was down…i never would have paid what they’re charging for imitation down. The description they use is by far the most intentionally deceptive i’ve ever seen. it even states “Down Fill Responsible Down Standard certification means all our down and feathers come from animals that have not been subjected to unnecessary harm.”…really? i really liked what the coat looked like on but i can get something very similar and of the same quality from BR for a fraction of the price. Wish i had read the reviews before i purchased it…super disappointed will be returning it. also, they charged me $15 in tax…there is no tax in MA on clothing…so the boots i ordered will be going back too… not sure why they’re charging tax but when you buy from an authorized retailer they don’t charge tax.

Pluses: I love the look and feel: vivid, relaxed, and roomy (perhaps to a fault) as if I’m walking about in a sleeping bag. Layer away, to suit the ghe weather and your needs.
Drawbacks: Functionality issues with the hood and inner pocket. Who doesn’t love an oversized hood? Right. Except when it just blows off! The inner pocket is inaccessible unless you entirely open the jacket…not fun in the cold.
If I’d shopped in person, I would have gone with XS rather than the S.
