I wanted to love these, I love the style with the zipper on the outside but unfortunately for me, the inner sole would shift so much it was hard to get it right for comfort and the material is all recycled which is wonderful but it looks like plastic instead of leather to me. I love ugh boots but these didn’t work.

I have an older pair of the classic UGG boots, and of course there is nothing more comfortable. So why not try out the Harrison zip!? I would have given 5 stars, but the insole/insert was not only thin, flat and flimsy, it bunched up when I put the boot on. I bought a pair of insoles with arch support and that solved one problem. The other is the zipper is on the outside of the boot. Most zip boots have the zipper on the inside so they are easy to slip on and zip up. This one is a bit awkward. Other than that, the fit is great, the comfort (with the added insole) is great. Quality seems good. I like the nice thick soles and with the weather changing, they are keeping my toes warm.

In many brands, the size 11 fits me well with a thicker sock. But I was swimming in this boot. I’ll order a size down.

These booties are so cute. They were a little tight in the toe box, but I have slightly wide feet. My problem with them was no arch support, which is probably fine for younger feet (I’m 57), but they slipped on my heels too. A boot with laces would work better for me. These boots are a good quality, and I would recommend them, but they’re just not right for my aging feet.

Sadly, I had to return this pair of UGG boots. They were beautiful – very well made, high quality leather. However, they rubbed the top of my foot, I just couldn’t wear them. In all fairness, I have foot problems, so it’s more a reflection on my feet rather than the boot.

Overall this shoe is comfortable but the entry opening for this shoe is very narrow and hard to slip your foot into the boot.

Looks good, but seems to run big. I’m going to try a size smaller and see if that works out. Removable insole which is great because I put in my own orthotics anyway. Thunder Cloud color is like a very dark taupe…a dark brown/dark gray color.

I love these UGG boots. They are extremely comfortable. I normally wear a size 8, but I has to exchange for a 7.5. I have a hammer toe and these boots have a nice comfortable toebox.

Love this boot. Comfortable, stylish, sturdy. I am typically an 8.5 in sneakers, 9 in boots, I ordered the 9 but felt they were too large. Zappos was out of the 8.5 so I ordered elsewhere and they fit much better.
