This is a lovely design however the instep area
is way too narrow for a pull on boot. I could not even get my feet in the boots. This boot needs to be redesigned. All my boots are by UGG and I have never had any issues before. Very disappointing. I will be returning and I would not recommend.

These boots are so delightful to wear. Comfortable, soft and warm like the original uggs and so cute. Prsctical in the sense that the sole is grippy and good for winter ice. I wouldn’t wear them in the pouring rain/mud but for anything other than that they are perfect.

Love love love these boots! Bought them in both colors cause they look great and feel great! Don’t know what all the fuss is about people saying they are too tight..I am a 9 regular and they fit perfect.

Had to send them back twice because of a sizing issue, which is not generally allowed. Customer service didn’t bat an eye and took care of it. Got the right fit and she says they’re perfect!

Cute boots that are great for errands or even going out on a cold evening. I have used them several days a week this Winter. I would not actually use them for hiking or very wet weather. I needed to go up a half-size from my usual size.

Another pair of Uggs I really REALLY wanted to like! I found these to be true to size (meaning, I nearly always wear 9 medium except for tennis shoes and some heels – these were perfect in the 9) and very VERY comfortable. They are quite warm and descibed as waterproof (I did not test this.) The reason I am returning is because I just can’t deal with the red detailing. I want Black snow boots. But I don’t wear, don’t even think I own, anything red. And I can’t help but feel that even though these are very warm and very comfy, they would stay in the closet because they don’t quite go with any other clothing I own. 🙁 The search for new warm and waterproof winter boots (with good ICE traction!) continues… Additional note based on comments/questions I’ve seen – the laces DO adjust the tightness of this boot. Pull out the laces (loosen them All the way down,) pull the tongue up and forward, and your foot should slide right in. Tuck the tongue back in (it’s gusseted and can be a little tricky at first) then tighten the laces all the way up from top of foot to top of boot. Perfect fit for me. Also of note – they didn’t appear to have been worn out and about, but they did arrive with what looked like lightly worn/rubbed areas in the suede on the tops of the toes, see pic.

These are best of both worlds. They are coat like the classic but durable like the hiking boot. My only dislike is the red stitching over the black. Would have preferred a black on black, but the comfort and durability totally make up for it. Love these!

They fit true to size. These are not like the typical UGG boot fit. At first they seemed tight, but it makes sense that they should fit snug if you are going to hike or walk in snow with them. They do stretch and you do not need thick socks because the sheepskin is warm enough with thin socks.
