I just want to say I LOVED my uggs!! 2 weeks ago I was hit by a drunk driver (thank God I’m here). I was wearing my uggs at the time. I don’t know what did it but my right foot would have been sliced open from my big toe up my leg to the top of my boot, had I not had them on. It was my boot that got sliced instead and I only ended up with 2 little cuts on my foot and leg. I would definitely love to own another pair.

I’m so glad I ordered these. The color is just light enough to go with anything. That bright neon orange is for real lol! I’m glad I bought them though. When they say true to size, they mean it because I bought a 12!

I love the shoe I just wish it had some more support in the lining of the shoe to avoid cresting and better soles so the don’t wear down as easy when you walk but waterproof uggs was a kindest gesture for common Newyorkers where the ground is disgusting

I ordered the pajama blue boots in size 8. I have several pairs of uggs and always buy an 8. This pair arrived and was was to tight. My toes were so squished, I didn’t think I could wear them to break them in. I called customer service and they said that the company has made a few changes to the new boots and they run a little smaller now. Zappos had the size 9 at my house the next day. They worked great. ORDER SIZE UP IN CLASSIC 2 FROM YOUR PREVIOUS PURCHASE SIZE IN CLASSIC 1. Love Zappos and Uggs!

I have always loved UGG boots, and own several pairs and different styles. The Classic Short has been a long term favorite, and after 10 years of great use with the original sand color, I decided to treat myself to a new pair of the grey color, and the upgraded features seemed to be a nice addition. I am a size seven normally, and generally wear a size 6 in the classic short. I ordered both a six and a seven, just to be sure. It turned out the size seven fit much more comfortably than the six. My foot size may have changed, the boots may have changed, but, ordering my normal shoe size worked for me, and they fit beautifully. I love this pair, and have been wearing them daily. I love that they are now stain and water resistant. I am not sure what advice I would give about sizing. For me, sizing up to my normal size worked best, but I am also aware some people feel these boots should be sized up. Either way, I love them, and I am glad Zappos has a great return policy!

Today is a rainy day after snow. I avoided the water when I walk on the street, but still the boots, classic boot II, not water proof at all. Full of water in the boots. And I have to wear it all day. I bought UGG again because it said water proof

Don’t get me wrong, if water is poured on these, the water would fall right off. However I was highly disappointed when I stepped in some slushy snow yesterday by accident and they got stained. With my other uggs, I never trusted them in snowy conditions but since these are supposed to be waterproof I decided let me give them a try since they’re my warmest boots to wear in that weather condition. Come to find out I should’ve never done so. I’m so mad that they are still stained from yesterday.

SIZE DOWN. I lamented over this, even though I have a pair of UGGs that are 10 years old, and they are a size down and CLEARLY they had stretched out over time. But when I put the size 7 on my 7.5 foot, I thought “gosh, this is a little tight” and I hate tight shoes. But they do stretch and the fur inside smooshes down, so even after one wearing, they feel perfectly snug, not too tight. And after a week, 2 weeks, a year, they will get looser. So size down. I promise. Just do it. You will be grateful you did.

I ordered the black in a size 7 and they fit perfectly! I am a 7 1/2 so size down if you are a half size. This is my third pair of Uggs and by far my favorite! The color and style is so versatile. And I love that they are stain and water resistant.

Very basic, classic Ugg for my daughter, that she loves! We bought the “pajama blue” which is a little bit brighter than the photo, but still neutral enough to go with everything she wears. Sizing seems tricky with Uggs, as it varies among their styles; these run perhaps a teensy large. She’s an 8 1/2 and the 8 fit her well. (9 were too large) Cute, fun, comfy, and trendy!

I use this product whenever there is a fair amount of snow and want to wear cute, comfortable shoes to keep my feet warm. What’s great about it is that although it is water proof, it is not stain proof/ resistant. My boots have an after stain from water/snow. I have tried using the UGG care kit to clean it but it was not successful. The kit was recommended and costly. In addition I’ve tried soap and warm but it only seemed to wear down the material. Now I’m stuck with expensive boots with huge stains and a useless care kit. I would like a full refund or an exchange at least.

The fit and size was perfect for my 10yr old. She loves the color and comfort! She is tall and slender with a long narrow foot. The size 7 gives her just the right amount of space! I could have gotten a size up so she can grow into them since she is still growing, but wanted her to feel comfy n snug without it being too loose!

Bought these to replace my first pair that I bought 3 years ago. Bought the same size, couldn’t even get my foot in the boot. Too small! Ordered next size up and fit perfectly. Not sure why, but sizing has obviously changed.

Everyone said to size up, I think it’s really a preference. I’m normally an 8, ordered a 9 and they’re a bit roomy but with fuzzy sucks they’ll be perfect. The color (amber light) is pretty close to sand but has a more peach undertone. They’re actually so pretty!

The boots are unisex In size. The women’s 12 is the same as a men’s 11. I have several pairs of uggs I have purchased from Zappos. They are very comfortable and fit well. More guys should try these.
