I like them overall. However, they feel heavier than I expected. (I have been wearing sneakers for moths and my prior set of boots have been hiking boots.)
The leather seemed to scuff up a bit quicker than expected, too. This makes them look like an old pair of favorite boots quickly, but just be aware.
I felt the boots were a little big with just tube socks on. Once I put some arch support inserts in and a little thicker sock, my heel stopped slipping.

I’m typically a 10.5. With these boots one full size down (9.5) fit perfectly. Boots appear to be well made and are comfortable. I didn’t notice this until I received the boots, but the metal speed hooks on the top of the lacing don’t actually function as speed hooks. The laces run through and are enclosed by them. It’s a small thing but it gave the boot a “faux” feel.

Biltmore boots returned same day received. Too big, scratches on leather right out of the box and not worth the price. Disappointed.

These are probably the first pair of boots I have ever owned and they are so comfortable and so nice. I’ve gotten many compliments, everyone is surprised they are UGGs too. Would give them a 5 but my only complaint is that the boots get scratched up really easily.

I got them for my father in law and it was better than expected! I know uggs always comes with quality, but boy it was more than expected. He was extremely happy! They are perfect for casual and semi formal, you can tell the material is real leather because as soon as you open the box the smell is quality !

These Ugg boots are my husband’s 4th pair of Ugg shoes. He is a size 10 and all his other Ugg shoes have been a 10. These were way too big. Like a whole size too big. I will have to exchange for a 9 and hope it works out.

I wear them casually. Just a half size too big but they still work. I usually wear a 13 but a 12 1/2 would have been perfect if you had it. They go with almost anything and very comfortable. Thanks!

Ive been trying to find a good utility boot that looks good, and while the boot looks good, it feels a little tight when laced up proper, isnt that comfortable on my foot, and worst of all does not have a removable footbed/insole. It might be right for some, but I tried, and Ive quit wearing them.

I like the quality and the style of the boots, however the size of the boots seem to be changing unless my foot is getting smaller. I have two older pairs of boots size 9.5 and they fit kind of big so this time I ordered a size 9.0 and they still fit big. Anyhow I don’t have time to be dealing with returns. Other than that the boot are good.
